Lourdin began the way the best projects often do — with a simple “Dad, can we build a video game together?” What followed was a genuine family quest: a father and his three children building a full fantasy RPG from the ground up, treating every bug as a lesson and every milestone as a shared “we actually did it” moment. The result is a world made with care, and we’re proud to finally open its gates.
What is Lourdin?
Lourdin is a turn-based tactical fantasy RPG inspired by the tabletop classics we love. The philosophy is simple: strategy over reflexes, and transparency over guesswork.
- Real dice, in the open. A D&D 5e-inspired engine rolls a visible d20 for every action — natural 20s crit, and nothing hides behind a black box.
- Tactical zone combat. Position your party across the Vanguard, Midfield, and Rear Guard, where timing and placement decide the battle.
- Adventure together. Real-time cooperative, turn-based combat with parties and guilds — our proudest achievement, and the heart of the game.
