Client Obligations

Intellectual Property
Our Intellectual Property
All proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and pre-existing intellectual property remain the property of FMLY Consulting.
Client Intellectual Property

Work Product
Work product created specifically for your project will be owned by you, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FMLY Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services.

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details. This obligation continues beyond the termination of our engagement.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, both parties will fulfill their remaining obligations.
